<li>Assist with safety program tasks, including documentation, reporting, and training coordination.</li>
<li>Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation.</li>
<li>Serve as a resource for employees by responding to HR‑related questions and directing them to appropriate policies or contacts.</li>
<li>Assist supervisors and managers with HR processes, paperwork, and policy compliance.</li>
<li>Support general HR department operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.</li>

<li>1-3 years professional office experience</li>

<li>Computer proficient - MS Office (especially Excel and Word)</li>
