We take pride in offering our BCBAs the freedom to choose cases that align with their clinical expertise, preferred location, and client age group. Additionally, they have the opportunity to speak with and approve Behavior Technicians before beginning any case.At Red House Behavior Resources, your main responsibilities as a BCBA include developing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans, supervising clinical staff, and working closely with clients and families to achieve meaningful and socially significant outcomes.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)</li><li>Perform Initial and ongoing assessments</li><li>Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)</li><li>Provide in person supervision and training to RBTs</li><li>Provide monthly caregiver training</li><li>Review and monitor data for progress and adjust interventions accordingly</li><li>Maintain accurate record of data and complete progress reports as required by the funding source</li></ul>In addition to a fulfilling role, you can expect the following:<ul><li>Training and Continuing Education opportunities</li><li>Free CEU offerings</li><li>Sick time</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li><li>The ability to make your own schedule and determine your caseload size</li><li>Competitive pay in line with your experience and qualifications.</li><li>Referral program incentives because good people know good people.</li><li>Administrative Support, we have systems in place to handle billing, insurance, and other administrative tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>BCBA or BCBA-D Certification</li><li>You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and staff.</li><li>You have knowledge of HIPPA regulations to safeguard patient information.</li></ul>If you're looking for a welcoming team where you can advance your career while making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to have you on board.
