The Head of Brand Marketing will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring strong brand representation across multiple channels. Responsibilities include driving brand awareness campaigns, managing marketing activities, and implementing initiatives that represent Red Rhino Brewing Co.'s vision and craft-driven identity. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing brand communications, and analyzing market trends to elevate and expand the reach of the brand.Qualifications<ul><li>Expertise in Brand Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Brand Management</li><li>Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive Brand Strategies</li><li>Strong background in Marketing to build and maintain consistent brand messaging</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies for optimal results</li><li>Proficiency in market analysis tools and branding best practices</li><li>Experience in the beverage, hospitality, or food &amp; beverage industry is a plus</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
