<div>SUMMARY
Provides transportation for Red Rock clients, drive courier runs, and assists in daily maintenance of program vehicles as requested.
ESSENTIAL FUCNTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Transports other items to various locations weekly via internal courier program</li><li>
Drives van and/or bus to transport clients to and from Red Rock or other locations as required</li><li>
Performs routine safety inspection and maintenance checks on agency vehicles</li><li>
Coordinates van schedules with staff members as required</li><li>
Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment</li><li>
Keeps mileage logs and other reports as required, including maintenance logs</li><li>
Assists staff with client activities as required</li><li>
Attends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to learn agency policy rules, regulations, and procedures; participates in ongoing in-service training, external training and driving training as required</li><li>
Performs other duties as required</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Six months experience</li><li>
Valid OK Driver&rsquo;s License, Personal Auto Insurance, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Clean Drug Test</li><li>
Special knowledge/skills; (special licenses, training). Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License with &ldquo;P&rdquo; endorsement, if required to drive vehicles rated 16 and above Ability to communicate effectively and relate to client population and maintain confidentiality</li><li>
Knowledge of proper maintenance of vehicles</li><li>
Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS</li><li>
One year related experience preferred</li></ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time</li><li>
Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time</li><li>
Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer</li><li>
Potential lifting of passengers in case of emergency</li></ul>
