Job Description:RedRock Technical Services llc is looking for a smart, dynamic and result driven individual.<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience in a Fit Out company is a must</li><li>Receiving pre contract documents from client or consultant and understanding the nature of work.</li><li>Taking quantities from received drawings and preparing BOQ or if BOQ provided confirming the BOQ quantities with drawings and identifying the extra works if any.</li><li>Should be hands on with AutoCAD.</li><li>Quotations based rate analyzing with subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Evaluating &amp; certifying subcontractor payments.</li><li>Taking off individual measurements of works</li><li>Verifying invoices and forwarding for the payment</li><li>Maintain day works records and material on site report.</li><li>Draft letter for variation and contractual correspondences to Clients.</li><li>Cost saving from Value Engineering exercise with the team.</li><li>Meeting Project deadline.</li><li>Attend commercial &amp; contractual meeting with client representatives/consultant financial administration.</li><li>Should be regularly updated with latest materials and Pricing in the market.</li><li>Preparing monthly reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
