 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager at Red Sea Hotels in Hurghada. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, maintaining quality food and beverage standards, and overall business management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 General Management and Business Management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in an All-Inclusive Hotel/Resort
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with European guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Service proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Budgeting expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Food &amp; Beverage knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in the hospitality industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial acumen
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Multilingual abilities are beneficial
 </li>
