Zoho People and Payroll HRMS Implementor &ndash; Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Requirement Gathering &amp; Analysis</li><li>Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand HR and payroll processes, business requirements, and compliance needs.</li><li>System Configuration &amp; Customization</li><li>Configure Zoho People modules (Leave, Attendance, Performance, etc.) and Zoho Payroll according to organizational policies and workflows.</li><li>Data Migration</li><li>Manage and validate the migration of employee records, payroll data, and historical information from legacy systems or spreadsheets into Zoho HRMS.</li><li>Workflow Automation</li><li>Design and implement custom workflows, approvals, and automation for HR functions like onboarding, exit processes, and time tracking.</li><li>Integration with Other Systems</li><li>Integrate Zoho HRMS with accounting platforms (like Zoho Books), biometric devices, third-party applications, or ERPs as needed.</li><li>Compliance Management</li><li>Ensure payroll configurations comply with statutory laws (such as PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws) specific to the country/region.</li><li>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</li><li>Conduct end-to-end testing of HR and payroll functionalities to ensure accuracy, including test payroll runs, leave encashments, and tax deductions.</li><li>User Training &amp; Documentation</li><li>Train HR, payroll, and employees on using the system effectively. Develop user guides, SOPs, and FAQs for system usage.</li><li>Go-Live &amp; Post-Implementation Support</li><li>Coordinate system go-live activities and provide immediate support to resolve any go-live issues or bugs.</li><li>Ongoing Maintenance &amp; Enhancements</li><li>Monitor system performance, implement updates, and roll out new features or modules as the organization&rsquo;s needs evolve.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Zoho PEOPLE AND PAYROLL implementation?</li><li>ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
