Our office manager uses modern routing software and critical thinking in order to develop, alter, and optimize delivery routes. You understand that every phone interaction, email and text matters.</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to make every day productive and efficient</li><li>Dispatch &ndash; receive requests, triage work orders and communicate with driver/customers</li><li>Phones/texts/email &ndash; answer inquires, take work orders, process requests</li><li>Software administration and compliance &ndash; ensure accurate record keeping of client records, job sites, referral sources, customer retention and receipt of Terms &amp; Conditions</li><li>Billing &ndash; run reports to audit charge card payments, ensure accurate charges on invoices</li><li>Follow-up &ndash; marketing prospects, Google reviews, other items as assigned</li><li>Inventory &ndash; monitor office and field supplies to ensure team has the tools they need</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent phone etiquette &ndash; commitment to &ldquo;Wow!&rdquo; our customers</li><li>Technology knowledge of MS Office products and ability to quickly learn new software applications</li><li>Maintain professional and personable behavior at all times &ndash; behave as if every experience will be reviewed on our Google Business page</li><li>Independent and critical thinking related to logistics and customer experience</li><li>Ability to handle details, without dropping the ball</li><li>Eye for accuracy in work orders and billing preparation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school degree or equivalent</li><li>Legally able to work in the US</li><li>Knowledge of Greater Nashville area for portion of the role dependent on dispatch logistics</li><li>Customer service-related experience, with references to validate</li><li>Fluency in MS Office products</li><li>Sales and/or marketing experience preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
