Position: Company Secretary InternLocation: Kalina - Santacruzed.Job Type: Full-timeMode of working: Day shiftWork Location: In personKey Responsibilities:&middot; Assist in ensuring compliance under Companies Act 2013, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading and Takeover Regulations&middot; Support in organizing Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meetings and preparing related documents&middot; Maintain statutory registers and update filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)&middot; Help with preparation and filing of XBRL and e-forms&middot; Coordinate with external stakeholders &ndash; ROC, SEBI, RTA, Depositories, Banks, and Auditors&middot; Assist in ESOP-related record-keeping and compliance&middot; Support in IPO documentation, listing process, and post-listing compliances&middot; Help with FEMA/RBI filings for foreign investments and overseas subsidiaries&middot; Stay updated on legal/regulatory changes and support the team in implementing them.Interested candidates can share their resume at anita@redbrickoffices.comJob Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
