IT Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and file ROC returns, forms, disclosures, and maintain statutory registers and company records.</li><li>Manage compliance for multiple entities, including subsidiaries and LLPs.</li><li>Organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and resolutions.</li><li>Advise the Board on corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and policy matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and vet lease agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership MoUs.</li><li>Liaise with legal counsel for due diligence, documentation, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Support property-related transactions, licenses, and ensure legal due diligence for new centers.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations on compliance, audits, and investor-related activities.</li><li>Monitor adherence to FEMA, RERA, labour, and data protection laws, ensuring strong governance practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:Qualified Company Secretary.Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in law / commerce / finance preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate, leasing, or co-working sectors.In-depth understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, RERA, and commercial contract management.Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.Key Competencies:Excellent organizational and documentation skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple entities and stakeholders simultaneously.Proactive approach to legal and compliance risk management.Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.Interested candidates can share their resume at anita@redbrickoffices.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
