<ul><li>Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the organization</li><li>Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities and campaigns</li><li>Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.</li><li>Performance Management: coaching managers and HOD&rsquo;s on performance management issues and processes</li><li>Implementing the training and development module; identify areas that needs attention and improvement.</li><li>Employee relations: managing absence, discipline, grievances etc.</li><li>Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.</li><li>Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes and improvements in existing procedures.</li><li>Working with managers &amp; individuals, coaching them and advising on all people issues.</li><li>Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.</li><li>Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.</li><li>Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and leave reports.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.</li><li>Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction</li><li>Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to succeed in HR Management</li></ul>Competency Requirement:Knowledge:<ul><li>Should have strong understanding of HR concepts &amp; applicable employment laws</li><li>Should have a professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.</li><li>Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.</li><li>Should have ability to set examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member</li><li>Should have working experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals</li><li>Should be updated with New trends and practices of Human Resource Management.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Functional: Well versed with tools , techniques or software require for HR Functions like: MS Office (excel,word, power point presentation), payroll software etc.</li><li>Behavioral: The person should be polite, proactive, approachable, good listener, speaker and with leadership, decision making and problem solving skills.
