Progressive Teachers for Primary School Teacher Role Background:At Redbricks School, we believe in a balanced progressive teaching approach and have developed our own unique curriculum until Class 6. From Class 7 onwards, students follow the ICSE curriculum. Planning the curriculum and lesson plans.2. Implementing progressive teaching methods to foster meaningful learning.3. Understanding and guiding student behavior through positive guidance techniques.4. Conducting ongoing assessment methods to gauge and support student learning.5. Engaging in parent communication, collaboration and education for a two-way school-home partnership.6. Collaborating with other teachers for developing a well-coordinated and high quality system.7. Reflecting on teaching and gaining new knowledge through various professional development opportunities.8.
