This role is crucial for establishing and expanding our market presence by leveraging our unique, science-backed solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Targeted Sales: Identify and secure sales opportunities specifically for our novel biopharmaceuticals, enzymes, probiotics, and veterinary/aqua feed supplements.</li><li>Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, farmers, and industry experts in the Veterinary, Poultry, and Aquaculture markets.</li><li>Technical Sales: Effectively communicate the scientific value, benefits, and technical data of our specialized bio-molecules and formulations to potential clients.</li><li>Market Expansion: Execute strategic sales plans to enter new territories and expand the usage of our innovative products.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on market feedback and competitive activity.</li></ul>What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the Animal Healthcare, Veterinary, Aquaculture, or Biopharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.</li><li>A strong understanding or background in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or life sciences is a significant advantage, allowing for effective technical sales discussions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a specialized, technical sales environment.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to quality and service excellence.</li><li>Willingness to travel to engage with clients across major aquaculture and livestock landmarks.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary and compensation will be competitive and decided upon discussion, based on your relevant experience and qualifications.</li><li>Attractive sales incentives/commission structure tied to performance.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are passionate about health innovation and ready to contribute to a pioneering company, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to redexaquasolutions@gmail.com.
