Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently resolve service tickets within the first day of assignment. Complete monthly updates on new systems or technologies. Support the recruitment of engineers required for service delivery as needed. Assign engineers with the appropriate skill sets to service tickets. Reduce onsite time spent per service by improving pre-visit diagnostics. Submit field reports promptly after task completion. Maintain punctuality and commitment to designated service locations Adhere to company protocols and safety standards on-site. Ensure positive customer feedback after each service.Qualification A Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field is required.
