What You Can Expect Working in the Machine Operator Position</b></h2><p>
This Machine Operator I will operate one or more of the various production machines. Machines operated may include drills, saws, press brakes, punches, shears, hi-definition, and CNC plasma, etc. As a Machine Operator I, you may also assemble components and perform other duties as assigned. As a Machine Operator, you are integral in supporting RedGuard Diversified Structures&rsquo; goal of delivering customers a quality product on time.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Manages and operates production equipment while monitoring the performance of the machine and carrying out operations in proper sequence.</li><li>
Assembles fixtures, mounts parts in fixtures/components, and performs mechanical assembly using hand and air tools (wrenches, torque wrenches, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.).</li><li>
Maintains inventory and routing of parts and maintains production records.</li><li>
Follows established safety and security rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area and environment.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
6+ months of previous machine operations experience with Shears, Press-Brakes, CNC Plasma, Bandsaws, etc.</li><li>
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications.</li><li>
Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure, squares, and other tools specific to the job task.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The worker is exposed to adverse environmental conditions, such as hot and cold climates, dusty, and noisy areas.</li><li>
