 Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Being the single point of contact in the field for customers having accountability for project outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that all customer and Company Safety Policies and Procedures are being followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract Management being your focus of work. Understanding the terms &amp; conditions, work scope, cost constraints, schedule, and job cost tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate field activities &amp; crew assignments as needed to maintain efficiency &amp; schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete required Daily Field Reports, assist PM with development of lookahead schedules, budgets, forecasting (resource, cost &amp; schedule) as needed to ensure positive outcomes for the company and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete required Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, eg. include weld mapping, pressure testing reports, torque reports, concrete pour forms, coating reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Change Order Management - identify change orders, collaborate with PM/Estimator to determine cost/price, assist PM as required to present to client, ensure approval is received prior to starting additional work.
 </li>
 <li>
 RFI - present new RFI, communicate RFI response to operations staff to guarantee compliance.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications And Education Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years industrial construction experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Civil, Mechanical and Welding Experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA / MSHA Safety Training
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary:
 
 $66,000 DOE
