We are looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates our Smoke &amp; Vape Shop in Victoria, TX.We have immediate openings for Sales Associate positions and are looking to hire ASAP!HIRING INFO IS SHARED VIA INDEED ONLY!Starting pay is $12-13/Hr. plus TipsResponsibilities<ul><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service</li><li>Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions about products</li><li>Engage in Social Media marketing to promote products and promotions</li><li>Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas</li><li>Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options</li><li>Process POS (point of sale) purchases</li><li>Cross sell products</li><li>Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service</li><li>Comply with inventory control procedures</li><li>Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store&rsquo;s design)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role</li><li>Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Basic Math and Cash handling skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with POS transactions</li><li>Familiarity with inventory procedures</li><li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner</li><li>Availability to work flexible shifts</li><li>High school degree</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are You 21 Years or Age Older?
