## OverviewLarge Seafood Distributor is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a professional demeanor.Most work days will be 7 to 10 hr shift depending on the day and time of yearDrivers generally START 6:30AM - 4:30 pm## Responsibilities - Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently - Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner - Follow routes and time schedules - Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status - Maintain the vehicle in good condition and cleanliness - Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws- Assist with any task needed at our facility - Building boxes, clean up the trash outside, hose the ground, etc.## Skills- Experience driving 16-26 ft Box Truck - Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred - Forklift and Pallet Jack ExperienceClean driving record over the last 3 years ( NO DUI- no excessive ticket) We run everyone driving recordDOT Medical Card Required ( We will provide this if you do not have one)Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Boston, MA 02210 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Boston, MA 02210: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
