Redshaw Law LLC is looking to hire an attorney with interest in criminal defense. You must have a valid Oregon Bar License for this position.This position consists of helping clients with court-appointed criminal defense cases, divorce, custody, and restraining orders.Our office is located in Hillsboro, Oregon.Job Responsibilities include:<ul><li>ability to appear in court in person and on time, representing clients in criminal and family law matters</li><li>complete administrative tasks on-time</li><li>draft and respond to motions</li><li>Meet with clients in and out of custody</li><li>do in-person visitation and review evidence with clients, interview with potential privately retained clients, among other tasks within the realm of practicing law.</li><li>The candidate will need to present themselves in a professional manner and with respect at all times while working with clients, witnesses, and other colleagues, no matter where they are in their legal disputes.</li></ul>Benefits include PLF coverage, bar dues, and an employee matching IRA.
