Position Overview:</b><br>
The Neighborhood Manager is primarily responsible for showing apartment homes, conducting local marketing efforts, and assisting residents and prospects daily. Additional responsibilities include preparing lease agreements and coordinating resident events. The Neighborhood Manager works alongside the Regional Manager and oversees the maintenance team to provide the best resident experience.</p><p><b>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Conducting apartment home tours to potential prospects</p></li><li><p>
Answering phone calls and emails</p></li><li><p>
Maintaining knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notifying related parties of any needed adjustments</p></li><li><p>
Scheduling resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options</p></li><li><p>
Walking through units prior to resident move-in date</p></li><li><p>
Completing move-in paperwork</p></li><li><p>
Completing all lease applications and notifying prospective residents</p></li><li><p>
Ensuring grounds are well kept and addressing any concerns with maintenance</p></li><li><p>
Adhering to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and controlled expenses</p></li><li><p>
Traveling between Redwood neighborhoods may be required</p></li><li><p>
Overseeing on-site staff, assisting in hiring, disciplinary actions, and approving bi-weekly timecards</p></li><li><p>
Being accessible for calls or emergencies outside regular hours as needed</p></li><li><p>
All other related duties, as assigned</p></li></ul><p><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>
1 year management experience</p></li><li><p>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</p></li><li><p>
General computer efficiency</p></li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Prior sales or leasing experience</p></li><li><p>
Exceptional customer service skills</p></li><li><p>
Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers</p></li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>
