Candidates should have 6-7 years of experience representing private equity and family office private clients in investment transactions, including M&amp;A and private equity related joint ventures and other investment vehicles. Ideal candidates will have hands-on drafting and negotiating experience in complex private equity-backed M&amp;A and related investment transactions. Each target candidate will also have experience as a key member of deal teams for middle-market transactions, including responsibility for client relationship management and development, producing and negotiating acquisition related documents and joint venture/investment vehicle agreements and running key aspects of transactions from beginning to end. Each candidate must be or become a member of the Texas bar</b></div><div><b> </b></div><div><b>$365K -$400K. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith&rsquo;s pay range for this position.
