Education and Experience:</b> BA/MA/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Sciences, Marine Sciences, Fisheries, Natural Resource Management, Rural Development, or a related field from a recognized institution.</p>
<p><b>
Preference will be given to candidates with:</b></p>
<p>
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community mobilization, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement with fishing communities preferably in coastal area of <i>Ibrahim Hyderi and Rehri Goth-Karachi-Sindh</i>, supporting coastal ecosystem conservation, sustainable livelihoods, Climate resilience</p></div><p></p>

 </p><p>A well-reputed non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with the Government of Pakistan, having a signed MoU with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Islamabad, and required NOCs from the Home Departments, has been working for the integrated development of rural marginalized communities without any discrimination of race, creed, or religion in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan since 2002.</p>
<p>This position is offered on a one-year contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.</p>
