Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development<ul><li>Identify and target new customers through market research, networking, and cold outreach.</li><li>Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.</li><li>Actively pursue new business to meet or exceed sales targets.</li></ul>2. Client Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Understand client needs and propose relevant products or solutions.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>3. Sales Execution<ul><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.</li><li>Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.</li><li>Close sales deals and ensure timely payment collection.</li></ul>4. Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.</li><li>Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.</li></ul>Key RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.</li><li>Experience in [industry&mdash;optional] is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.</li><li>Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.</li><li>Solution-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,964.21 - &#8377;44,623.93 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
