 The right candidate will play a key role in standardizing HR processes across the region while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - HR Operations &amp; Process Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily HR operations across Egypt, UAE, and KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle for both internal and outsourced staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement standardized HR processes, policies, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead HR administrative activities including contracts, renewals, and visa processes (UAE &amp; KSA).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 - Payroll &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) and local labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage social insurance and tax submissions in Egypt and GOSI compliance in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across HRIS and government portals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 - Employee Relations &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the regional focal point for HR operations between Egypt, UAE, and KSA offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business units with manpower planning, contract structuring, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to employment regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 - Vendor &amp; Outsourcing Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with outsourcing partners, staffing agencies, and government offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee onboarding and payroll for outsourced staff under BPO models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate service-level reporting and HR metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 
 (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 6&ndash;10 years
 
 of progressive experience in
 
 HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration
 
 , ideally within
 
 BPO or outsourcing industries
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of
 
 GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, MOHRE
 
 , and other GCC government systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multi-country HR operations (Egypt, UAE, KSA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of regional labor laws and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in
 
 English &amp; Arabic
