This role combines marketing expertise with graphic design and web development skills to create cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. This role will develop and execute marketing campaigns, design branded materials, create landing pages and web assets, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to translate business objectives into engaging digital experiences that drive conversions and strengthen community engagement.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Communications &amp; Strategy (40%)<ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns from concept to completion</li><li>Create compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, website content, and marketing materials</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotional campaigns</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization</li><li>Maintain brand voice consistency across all communication channels</li><li>Support customer lifecycle communications and retention campaigns</li></ul>Graphic Design &amp;
