We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our software business operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. The RSM will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and positioning our enterprise software solutions as a trusted choice for digital transformation in key industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, and Government. This role demands a proven track record in enterprise B2B software sales, strong leadership, and deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.</div></div><p>
Responsibilities include:</p><div><ul><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed software and services revenue targets (software solutions, SaaS, licensing, digital transformation).</li><li>
Identify and secure new enterprise clients while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts and CXO-level stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle &mdash; from prospecting, RFPs, proposals, and negotiations to deal closure.</li><li>
Ensure timely revenue collection and follow-up with existing accounts while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.</li><li>
Drive and expand the partner ecosystem by establishing relationships with system integrators, VARs, and channel partners across GCC.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements (e.g., public tenders, data residency norms, SaaS/cloud compliance).</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.</li><li>
Represent the company at regional trade events, summits, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.</li><li>
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline insights, and market intelligence to senior management.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Travel Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Travel is required across GCC as and when necessary for client meetings,</li><li>
partner engagements, and industry events.<br>

Primary Skills :</p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; <b>MBA preferred.</b></li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of <b>enterprise software sales experience</b>, including <b>5+ years in a regional leadership capacity</b> within GCC.</li><li>
Proven success in <b>selling SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions</b> to large/mid-sized clients.</li><li>
Deep understanding of <b>GCC market regulations</b>, tendering processes, and enterprise procurement frameworks.</li><li>
Established <b>network of enterprise clients and partners</b> in key markets (especially KSA, Qatar, and UAE).</li><li>
Excellent <b>communication, negotiation, and presentation</b> skills.</li><li>
Strong <b>soft skills</b> &ndash; resilience, adaptability, cross-cultural negotiation, and leadership under pressure.</li><li>
Fluency in <b>English and Arabic</b> is mandatory.</li><li>
Must hold a <b>valid GCC residency</b> and <b>driving license.</b></li></ul></div></div><div><div>
