<div></div><div><div><div><div>We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to support the growth of our enterprise software and digital transformation business in Qatar and the GCC region.</div><div>
This role will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and coordinating sales activities to support the regional sales team in building a strong pipeline across industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, and Government.</div></div><p>
Responsibilities include:</p><div><ul><li>
Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and networking.</li><li>
Conduct initial qualification of prospects and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.</li><li>
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, opportunities, and client interactions.</li><li>
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.</li><li>
Support follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maintain<br>
engagement.</li><li>
Coordinate internally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams for smooth sales processes.</li><li>
Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on lead generation and opportunity progress.</li><li>
Support participation in industry events, webinars, and client meetings when required.</li><li>
Maintain relationships with existing clients and support account growth<br>
initiatives.</li><li>
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.</li><li>
Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and effective<br>
communication.</li><li>
Support contract renewals, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement with key clients.<br>

Primary Skills :</p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.</li><li>
2-6 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or sales coordination (preferably in IT/software services).</li><li>
Valid Qatar ID is mandatory for the Applicants</li><li>
Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory</li><li>
Strong communication, coordination, and client engagement skills.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead generation techniques is an advantage.</li><li>
Basic understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.</li><li>
Ability to identify business opportunities and qualify leads.</li></ul></div></div><div><div>
