We are looking for 14+years seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical excellence.Responsibilities include:Project Delivery Management:<ul><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects.</li><li>Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements.</li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide growth opportunities for team members.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement:<ul><li>Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Collaborate with architects and engineers to define technical solutions.</li><li>Provide input on architecture, design, and implementation strategies.</li></ul>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools.</li><li>Implement best practices in software development and delivery.</li></ul>Risk and Issue Management:<ul><li>Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Resolve technical and operational challenges in a timely manner.</li></ul>Customer Focus:<ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.</li></ul>Primary Skills :Experience:<ul><li>14 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.</li><li>Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams.</li><li>Manage P&amp;L for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.</li><li>Plan and manage team ramp-ups and ramp-downs using a mix of pyramid planning, external hiring, and internal sourcing.</li><li>Drive account management activities including financial tracking, invoice collection, margin improvements, and resource planning.</li><li>Build strong client relationships through regular interactions, QBRs, and on-site visits.</li><li>Support account mining by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and influencing stakeholders to grow the business.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps.</li><li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is preferred.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.</li><li>Certification such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent is an advantage.</li><li>Leadership and Communication:</li><li>Excellent team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li></ul>Secondary Skills :<ul><li>Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical goals with business strategy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
