Legal Trainee We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance functions in real estate transactions. The intern will assist in documentation, due diligence, and coordination related to property matters.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate documents such as MOUs, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, and NDAs.</li><li>Support legal due diligence for property transactions, including title documents and approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, external lawyers, and government offices when required.</li><li>Maintain and update legal records and documentation.</li><li>Assist in compliance-related work under RERA and other applicable laws.</li><li>Conduct basic legal research related to property and real estate laws.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills<ul><li>Law student (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB &ndash; pursuing).</li><li>Basic understanding of real estate laws and documentation.</li><li>Good drafting and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word and basic documentation tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
