Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly attitude.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling (calls, WhatsApp, and online bookings).</li><li>Maintain patient records and update clinic software.</li><li>Handle inquiries about treatments, pricing, and doctor availability.</li><li>Coordinate with the doctor and staff for smooth clinic operations.</li><li>Process payments and maintain billing records.</li><li>Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and welcoming.</li><li>Assist with basic social media tasks like handling patient queries.</li><li>take feedback and reviews</li><li>calm and polite</li><li>Good listener</li></ul>Who Should Apply?&#9989; Multi tasking&#9989; Young &amp; Energetic (18-30 years old) &ndash; Someone enthusiastic and eager to learn.&#9989; Well-Groomed &amp; Presentable female &ndash; You will be the first impression of the clinic.&#9989; Hardworking &amp; Responsible &ndash; Punctuality and commitment are a must.&#9989; Good Communication Skills &ndash; Ability to talk confidently and politely with patients.&#9989; Basic Computer Knowledge &ndash; Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel, and appointment software.&#9989; Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory) &ndash; 6 months to 2 years in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
