Role Overview</b></h2><p>
We&rsquo;re looking for an entry level Carpenter to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and assembling modular housing components&mdash;ranging from framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements. You&rsquo;ll contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites.</p></li><li><p>
Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.</p></li><li><p>
Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades.</p></li><li><p>
Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.</p></li><li><p>
Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>
High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>
1+ years of carpentry experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.</p></li><li><p>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.</p></li><li><p>
Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Working Conditions</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Primary work location: Reframe&rsquo;s factory in Andover, MA.</p></li><li><p>
Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.</p></li><li><p>
