Job Title: In-Home Personal Nurse Location: Dubai Marina Working Days : 6 days a week with 1 day off Schedule : Shifting from 8 hrs to 12 hrs max Visa: Preferably have Own VisaOverview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Personal Nurse to provide dedicated, holistic care for a patient in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will be a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) with strong clinical skills, a nurturing approach, and a passion for helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer prescribed medications and insulin as directed.</li><li>Assist with daily physical therapy exercises to promote strength, balance, and mobility.</li><li>Guide the patient through voice therapy exercises to support speech clarity and communication.</li><li>Lead memory games and fine motor skill activities to improve cognitive function and finger dexterity.</li><li>Maintain personal hygiene by assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other hygiene-related needs.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, progress, and any changes in the patient&rsquo;s condition.</li><li>Provide support during doctor&rsquo;s appointments.</li><li>Encourage and assist the patient in walking and pursuing greater physical independence.</li><li>Create a safe, positive, and engaging daily routine focused on health, strength, and overall well-being.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>CPR and First Aid certified</li><li>Previous experience in home health care, physical rehabilitation, hospital, or voice therapy support preferred</li><li>Ability to support both physical and cognitive wellness</li><li>Kind, patient, and professional demeanor</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive, based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable in shifting schedule from 8 hours to 12 hours ?
