Medical Scribe Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Documenting Patient Encounters: Accurately record details of patient visits, including history, examination findings, and care plans, in real-time during medical consultations.</li><li>
Entering Data into Electronic Health Records (EHR): Input patient information into the EHR system efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.</li><li>
Managing Medical Charts: Organize and maintain patients' charts and ensure that they are complete and up-to-date, coordinating with the healthcare team as needed.</li><li>
Communicating with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to clarify any necessary details and ensure accurate documentation.</li><li>
Ensuring Compliance: Remain knowledgeable about HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.</li></ul>
What You Bring to Refuah:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Previous clinical experience (outpatient preferred)</li><li>
Ability to project a pleasant and professional image</li><li>
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks</li><li>
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with patients and other employees</li><li>
Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner</li><li>
Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in the area of assignment</li><li>
Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards</li><li>
