HiGreetings from Regal Kitchen Foods Ltd.!About Company:(100% Export-Oriented Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing Company)Job Description:We are looking for Personal assistance for our respected Managing Director who will be based sector 67, Mohali Office and responsible to design Meeting scheduled and Coordinate with Admin team for the Day activity.Experience Required:Minimum 2 -5 yearsQualification:Graduate &amp; Post Graduate (Any Stream).Key Responsibilities:Core Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and organize the MD&rsquo;s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments effectively.</li><li>Maintain confidential records, files, and correspondence with discretion.</li><li>Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and visitors before escalation to the MD.</li><li>Prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials for meetings.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, itineraries, visas, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update calendar reminders and ensure MD&rsquo;s punctuality.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Draft, review, and manage official letters, memos, reports, and emails on behalf of the MD.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to collect reports, updates, and performance summaries.</li><li>Follow up on pending tasks and action points from meetings.</li><li>Schedule and organize Board Meetings, Reviews, and Conferences.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and MIS summaries required by the MD.</li><li>Coordinate official events, plant visits, and guest receptions.</li></ul>Confidentiality &amp; Professionalism<ul><li>Handle highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, consultants for business meeting or personal engagements.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance briefs for MD&rsquo;s review meetings.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Soft Skills Required:&#61623; must be Good command on AI tools like Chat GPT, Google sheet &amp; MS Office (Excel, Word, and PP)&#61623; Soft Skills: Strong English Communication, Persuasion Skills, Attention to Details, and Self-Motivation.Employment Type:Full-Time, Office-BasedWhy Join Us?&Oslash; Competitive Salary&Oslash; Growth-Oriented Work CultureJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
