<div><div>SUMMARY<br>
We are seeking an experienced key accounts manager to join our MCS-Kollmorgen India Sales team to support our growing business portfolio. This position will be responsible for meeting company sales &amp; market share goals in the assigned sales territory through sales to original equipment manufacturers, Distributor partners and large end user customers. This position will build customers confidence in Kollmorgen products and build loyalty to our brand.<br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>
Key Deliverables: Including but not limited to:<br>
<ul><li>Responsible for the commercial activity and growth of Kollmorgen business at direct customers -Key and Strategic accounts and at distributor accounts in the South region of India for Kollmorgen&rsquo; s Industrial Automation Business &ndash; Will include Kollmorgen and Thomson product portfolio in Industrial Automation segment.</li><li>To penetrate targeted OEMs and end user customers, develop customer&rsquo;s profiles, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.</li><li>Personally take the lead in major Key OEM accounts in Kollmorgen and Thomson strategic markets.</li><li>Drive Key account management in the assigned territory.</li><li>Ability to drive growth across diverse set of channel distribution accounts.</li><li>Proactively lead a joint partner planning process for assigned accounts that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.</li><li>Strong understanding of the value proposition across different distributor and how they go to market.</li><li>To help channels penetrate targeted OEMs and end user customers, develop customer&rsquo;s profiles, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.</li><li>Achieve regional targets in sales &amp; revenue</li><li>Responsible for sales activities and generated revenue in his region.</li><li>Responsible for the effective execution of the sales planning tool.</li></ul>
Interpersonal and Communication Skills &ndash;<br>
<ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills in native language &amp; English including group presentation skills</li><li>Strong, confidence-inspiring personality. Fluent in English</li><li>Good interpersonal skills &amp; time management skills.</li><li>Consulting and customer orientation &amp; persuasion skill</li><li>High level of energy, dynamic and self-driven</li><li>Innovative, results oriented &amp; team member</li><li>Ability to cope with pressure as well as flexibility or mobility for frequent traveling</li></ul>
IT Skills<br>
<ul><li>Working knowledge of personal computers including common business application software, Sales Force i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.</li></ul>
Education and Experience Requirements:<br>

Education -<br>
<ul><li>Engineering preferably in electronic, communication, drive technology, power electronics, Industrial automation, or other related fields</li></ul>
Experience &ndash;<br>
<ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years in the field of sales of Industrial automation products in Industrial Motion control (relevant experience)</li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of applications in motion control applications for machine automation</li><li>Demonstrated drive and success to successfully achieve revenue targets, grow market share</li><li>Demonstrated success to alter customer specifications to include their products</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Strong Sales background in Factory/Industrial automation</li><li>Knowledge of Motion control viz Motion systems, Servo Motor Servo drives etc. is essential</li></ul>
Work Environment and Travelling:<br>
Ability to cope with &ldquo;Stretch&rdquo; as well as flexibility or mobility for frequent traveling &ndash; Extensive traveling - Willing to travel every week.<br>

We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Expert to join Regal Rexnord&rsquo;s Indirect Procurement team. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across all business segments, with a primary focus on Professional Services and CAPEX. This hybrid, on-site role&mdash;based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI&mdash; is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on building innovative solutions, influencing stakeholders, and creating measurable impact. You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for services and programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational excellence. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Indirect Sourcing.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Define and execute the global Professional Services and CAPEX sourcing strategy, including categories such as Contingent Labor, Staffing, Equipment Rentals and Purchases, and Industrial Equipment Maintenance.</li><li>
Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex, multi-year relationships to enable long-term business objectives.</li><li>
Collaborate with global supply chain, plant operations, engineering, and corporate leaders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.</li><li>
Drive cost savings initiatives, total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, and supplier risk mitigation.</li><li>
Establish and deploy standard processes, policies, and compliance frameworks across all segments.</li><li>
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on pricing trends, availability, and risk factors.</li><li>
Develop and maintain KPIs, reporting dashboards, and strategic sourcing plans for leadership review.</li><li>
Serve as a strategic partner to finance and operations teams to ensure accurate expense reporting and trade working capital (TWC) performance.</li><li>
Build strong supplier relationships and position Regal Rexnord as a preferred customer.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>
5&ndash;10 years of experience in Professional Services and Capex sourcing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>
Proven success in developing and leading strategic sourcing programs and delivering year-over-year cost savings.</li><li>
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels, including C-suite.</li><li>
Expertise in contract lifecycle management, supplier risk mitigation, and compliance.</li><li>
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Ariba, SAP, GEP).</li></ul><div></div><div>
