<p>As the Senior Financial Operations Strategist, you'll be pivotal in the accounting and finance functions at our Monticello location. Engage in creating, analyzing, and reporting on financial transactions, and play a leading role in monthly and annual closing tasks. Mentoring the accounting team is part of your impactful contributions.</p>

<ul><li>Analyze and maintain standard costs</li>
<li>Evaluate performance across the P&amp;L and balance sheets</li>
<li>Provide insights based on variance analysis</li>
<li>Make strategic recommendations for profitability and working capital enhancements</li>
<li>Champion CAPEX investments and subsequent analyses</li>
<li>Lead the establishment of the annual budget</li>
<li>Utilize ERP systems for daily transactions</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvements in processing</li>
<li>Oversee monthly closures and financial statements</li>
<li>Deliver timely financial reports quarterly and annually</li>
<li>Manage and forecast cash flow</li>
<li>Examine and refine accounting controls</li>
<li>Facilitate both internal and external audits</li>
<li>Lead complex projects, demand-driven reports, and other essential functions</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h5>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA is a plus</li>
<li>6-7 years in accounting within the manufacturing domain</li>
<li>Firm grasp of GAAP and SOX principles</li>
<li>Hands-on with Hyperion, Oracle, and Microsoft</li>
<li>Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms</li>
<li>Dynamic personality with multitasking prowess</li>
<li>Pioneering approach in fostering ongoing improvements</li>
<li>Proactive, meticulous, and customer success-oriented</li>
