Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to handle sales and purchase documentation, filing, and related office work. The candidate should support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain sales and purchase documents (invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, etc.)</li><li>Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records</li><li>Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams</li><li>Follow up with vendors and customers for documents and confirmations</li><li>Handle other office and administrative work as required</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / Undergraduate</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales &amp; purchase processes</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word</li><li>Ability to maintain records systematically</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
