At Regalis, we value a skilled workforce and strive for continuous improvement to uphold our reputation for integrity and reliability in marine services.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, onsite role located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our QA department to the next level with respect to production quality, documentation, and our Quality Management System. Leads a team of personnel with responsibilities including conducting inspections, writing quality processes/procedures, conducting internal audits, administering Corrective Actions, and conducting management reviews.Qualifications<ul><li>Evaluate QMS policies and procedures to verify accuracy</li><li>Train production teams to fulfill all QMS manual policies and procedures</li><li>Audit conditions found, completed work, inspections, and internal processes</li><li>Evaluate productions quality of overall work performance and follow up with department directors to ensure team is following QMS</li><li>Maintain logs, reports, CAR's (Corrective Actions), Test and Inspection Plans, and QMS policies up to date</li><li>Ability to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and utilization of production quality processes, methods, technology, and equipment</li><li>Develop weekly quality feedback for team members</li><li>Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items</li><li>NBPI certification a plus</li><li>Experience with ISO 9001:2015 a plus</li><li>Other responsibilities and duties as assigned</li></ul>Apply now or resume to: admin@regaliscompany.comPay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li></ul>Work Location: In person
