Role OverviewThe Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial operations related to travel business, including supplier payments, client invoicing, reconciliation, cost control, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.Key Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Financial Operations● Handle accounts payable and receivable for travel services● Process supplier invoices (hotels, transporters, DMC partners, airlines, vendors)● Prepare and issue client invoices as per confirmed bookings● Ensure timely follow-up for payments and collectionsReconciliation &amp; Reporting● Perform booking-wise and client-wise reconciliations● Reconcile supplier statements, bank statements, and credit cards● Track advances, deposits, refunds, and credit notes● Prepare monthly MIS, revenue, and cost reportsCost Control &amp; Margin Management● Monitor tour costs vs. quoted budgets● Identify discrepancies in costing, margins, or invoicing● Coordinate with operations and quotation teams for margin validationCompliance &amp; Documentation● Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT (as applicable), and statutory requirements● Maintain proper financial documentation and audit records● Support internal and external auditsCoordination &amp; Support● Coordinate with operations, booking, and sales teams for financial clarifications● Assist management with financial analysis and forecasting● Handle travel-related refunds, cancellations, and claimsSkills &amp; Competencies● Strong understanding of travel industry accounting● Knowledge of DMC operations, FIT &amp; group travel costing● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy● Strong analytical and reconciliation skills● Good communication and coordination skills● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesQualifications &amp; Experience● Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting● 3&ndash;7+ years experience in finance/accounts (Travel or DMC experience preferred)● Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance● Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally / ERP)● Good verbal and written EnglishJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person

Senior Finance Executive

Roles &amp; Responsibilities● Handle end-to-end bookings for hotels, transfers, tours, guides, ferries, rail and other land services● Process booking requests received from the Operations/Sales team accurately and within timelines● Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local suppliers to confirm services as per client requirements● Ensure rate accuracy, booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations● Maintain proper booking records and documentation● Liaise with internal teams to resolve availability, rate, or service-related issues● Follow up with suppliers for confirmations and timely service delivery● Ensure bookings comply with company cost guidelines and margins● Support the operations team during peak seasons and urgent requests● Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers● Handle last-minute changes and assist during travel emergencies if required● Cost Management: Monitor travel expenses, track budgets, and seek cost-effective solutions to optimize travel spending.● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing travel-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
