Ltd. website</li><li>IIM Bhubaneswar College website</li><li>And future digital projects</li></ul>This is a creative + technical + digital marketing hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys multi-project responsibilities and flexible work culture.&#11088; Key ResponsibilitiesA. Website Development (New Projects)<ul><li>Build complete websites for new ventures (caf&eacute;, real estate, educational institute)</li><li>Develop responsive, mobile-friendly layouts</li><li>Add features such as enquiry forms, maps, galleries, and landing pages</li><li>Ensure modern design, smooth navigation, and fast loading</li></ul>B. Website Maintenance (Existing Projects)<ul><li>Redesign and update the Regional Academy website</li><li>Fix broken links, errors, bugs, and display issues</li><li>Upload new text, photos, notices, courses, or events</li><li>Improve site speed &amp; performance</li><li>Maintain security, backups, plugins, and SEO structure</li></ul>C. Design &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Create banners, graphics, posters, and website visuals</li><li>Support social media page with creative posts</li><li>Maintain consistency in branding</li><li>Prepare landing pages for campaigns</li></ul>D. Social Media Management &amp; Digital Support<ul><li>Manage company&rsquo;s social media pages</li><li>Post updates, events, announcements</li><li>Draft captions or short content when needed</li><li>Support digital marketing activities</li><li>Improve leads through website + social media integrations</li></ul>E.
