<div>Overview:

Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned project. Owns direct responsibility for &ldquo;field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety&rdquo; on assigned project. Represents RMS on the project site and ensures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope. 


High Level Job Functions:

Foreman Level
<ul><li>
Attends and contributes to the various Operations Meetings
</li><li>Blueprint reading, coordination, layout, sketching, and materials take off
</li><li>Material, tool, and equipment handling, which includes ordering, receiving, placing and returning</li><li>
Contract scope delineations&mdash;Must be able to confirm that construction drawings and specs agree with contract scope and to respond to general contractor&rsquo;s requests concerning any scope limits</li><li>
Time keeping and other administrative duties, which includes but isn&rsquo;t limited to daily reports, submittal logs, RFI status, etc.
</li><li>Ensuring that safety standards and other company programs are implemented and effective
</li><li>Building code compliance
</li><li>Quality Control
</li><li>Transport prefabricated parts to construction sites for assembly and installation</li></ul>

Superintendent Level

Trade stacking and phasing; influence project scheduling</li></ul>

Experience Requirements:

Foreman Level
<ul><li>
Must have minimum of 1 year of experience managing a minimum of 4-5 workers
</li><li>Understanding of all phases of duct and equipment installation</li><li>
Must have advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field</li><li>
Must manage to the budget, plan to the schedule, plan for the unexpected, and meet or exceed project deadlines while keeping safety first</li><li>
Excellent organizational, communication and supervisory skills required.
</li></ul>Superintendent Level
<ul><li>
All foreman level requirements</li><li>
Must have minimum of 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10-15 workers
</li><li>Must have experience supervising projects of $500,000+</li></ul>
