Administrative Dispatch Coordinator:**Weekends / Evenings are mandatory**Register Appliance Service has been serving Rochester for over 50 years and we are looking for a motivated individual to fill a vital role. The ideal candidate will have experience with dispatching. They will be able to identify customer needs while providing excellent customer service.You can work from home when needed and hours are open for discussion!Responsibilities of the : Administrative Dispatch Coordinator::<ul><li>Answer multi-line phone system, address customer's issue, update customer information and schedule appointments</li><li>Understand, communicate and follow through on the needs of the customer with technicians and office staff, from start to finish on every work order</li><li>Create detailed work orders</li><li>Dispatch technicians to each work order</li><li>Coordinate scheduling with the Department Manager</li><li>Enter and update customer information using Software</li><li>Track time for technicians for payroll</li><li>Receive, track and process cash, checks and credit card payments for each work order</li><li>Compile all necessary paperwork and forward to billing in a timely fashion</li></ul>Skills of the :Administrative Dispatch Coordinator::<ul><li>Excellent computer skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize</li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent customer service</li><li>Organized and detail oriented</li></ul>Qualifications / Requirements of the :Administrative Dispatch Coordinator::<ul><li>Dispatch background preferred</li><li>Willingness to learn and adjust responsibilities with a growing company</li><li>Weekends and evening hours are mandatory.</li><li>Ability to sit for long periods of time in a stationary position</li><li>High school graduate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in East Rochester, NY 14445
