<div>As Rehab 2 Perform&rsquo;s Human Resources Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead all core HR operations &mdash; from payroll and benefits to employee relations and compliance. You&rsquo;ll be both strategic and hands-on, helping us transition away from outsourced partners and create an exceptional internal HR function that supports our people, protects the business, and enhances our culture.
You&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership, Site Directors, and the corporate team to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all locations.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits</li></ul><ul><li>
Manage all payroll processing through Paycom (experience with Paycom required).</li><li>
Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions.</li><li>
Oversee PTO, 401(k), STD/LTD, FMLA, and health/dental/vision programs.</li></ul><ul><li>
HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Own onboarding, offboarding, and all employment documentation.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>
Update and maintain employee handbooks and policies.</li><li>
Manage confidential employee records and reporting.</li></ul></li><li>
Employee Relations &amp; Performance Management</li></ul><ul><li>
Advise and coach Site Directors on corrective actions and performance improvement plans.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for all terminations and sensitive employee issues.</li><li>
Lead internal investigations and ensure fair, consistent practices across the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>
Surveys, Reviews &amp; Engagement<ul><li>
Administer quarterly engagement surveys and annual 360 reviews.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to strengthen employee feedback loops.</li><li>
Contribute ideas to support culture, retention, and professional growth initiatives.</li></ul></li><li>
Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>
Optimize HR systems and automation through Paycom.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal contacts to streamline workflows.</li><li>
Recommend best practices and scalable solutions for a growing, multi-site organization.</li></ul></li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years managing HR for a 50+ employee organization.</li><li>
Paycom experience is strongly preferred (must be comfortable running payroll and benefits through the platform).</li><li>
Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and employment compliance.</li><li>
Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidence.</li><li>
DMV-based &mdash; must be able to travel on-site as needed.</li><li><div>
