Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Representative (PCR) plays a key role in supporting patients through the mobility equipment process &mdash; from initial intake to approval of equipment. The PCR ensures timely communication, coordination, and documentation to help patients receive their medical equipment efficiently and with excellent service. Success in this role is measured by timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and strong communication that enhances patient satisfaction and process efficiency. 


Responsibilities:

Intake Management
<ul>
<li>Contact all new patients within 24 hours of referral to complete the Intake Questionnaire and initiate the process for obtaining mobility equipment.</li>
<li>Establish themselves as the main point of contact.</li>
<li>Verify insurance coverage; if unable to complete verification, contact Business Support or submit the claim for business support to verify.</li>
<li>Explain the process and get the patient to commit to the process.</li>
<li>Ensure intake is completed within 5 business days
<ul><li>If the patient is unreachable after 5 days, escalate to the Manager or Sales Representative for potential order cancellation.</li>
<li>If ongoing contact attempts (&ldquo;phone tag&rdquo;) occur, document each attempt rather than canceling the order.</li></ul></li> 
</ul>
Scheduling Coordination
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and schedule all necessary patient evaluations, including:
<ul><li>Face-to-Face (F2F) physician evaluation</li>
<li>Physical or Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) evaluation</li>
<li>Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) evaluation (for complex orders)</li>
</ul></li><li>Schedule each step within 3 business days to keep the process moving efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure scheduling process is completed with 20 days.
<ul><li>If scheduling exceeds 20 working days, PCRs must involve a manager for next steps.</li>
</ul></li><li>Collaborate with Sales Representatives and ATPs to resolve scheduling delays and ensure continuity of patient care.</li></ul> 


 Documentation and Paperwork Support
<ul>
<li>Support Sales Representatives by assisting with documentation as needed, including attaching, faxing, or assisting sales team with paperwork process.</li>
<li>Following up with physician offices to ensure all forms are completed and received (role to be agreed upon with Sales Rep and Sales Manager)</li>
<li>Ensuring final documentation is faxed to doctor timely.</li></ul> 


Ongoing Patient Communication
<ul>
<li>Maintain consistent communication with patients throughout the process to ensure they are informed of their status and next steps.</li>
<li>Provide updates to patients at least every 5 business days, or more frequently if significant changes occur.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree required</li>
<li>Minimum 2 - years of administrative support experience</li>
<li>Intermediate computer skills</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, be detail oriented, and organized</li></ul>

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes through effective relationship building, territory management, and clinical collaboration. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources and clinicians to promote advanced mobility solutions, while ensuring a seamless patient experience from referral to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building &amp; Business Development
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with referral sources, including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and clinical staff.</li>
<li>Manage an assigned territory to maximize referrals and identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct daily marketing calls and monthly in-services to educate clinicians on mobility technology, insurance qualifications, and product offerings.</li>
<li>Consistently meet activity expectations (10 marketing calls per day; 10 in-services per month).</li></ul> 


Revenue &amp; Quota Achievement
<ul>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by maintaining a robust pipeline of active patients.</li>
<li>Achieve assigned point quotas based on tenure (10 points/month for reps 2 years; 15 points/month for reps &gt;2 years).</li>
<li>Track progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive continued growth within the territory.</li></ul> 


Insurance &amp; Documentation Support
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with clinicians to ensure proper documentation and medical justification for equipment orders.</li>
<li>Review and support completion of Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) and all payer-required documentation to minimize denials and delays.</li>
<li>Partner with Patient Care Representatives (PCRs) to keep patients and referral sources informed throughout the insurance and approval process.</li></ul> 


Client Assessment &amp; Product Selection
<ul>
<li>Work closely with clinicians, caregivers, and Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) to assess clients&rsquo; mobility and seating needs.</li>
<li>Participate in clinical evaluations and recommend appropriate customized mobility solutions based on medical necessity, insurance coverage, and functional requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure that product recommendations enhance quality of life and meet both clinical and technical standards.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>2-6 years of B2B experience</li>
