Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Maintain assigned billable hours per week through direct client services.</li><li>
Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies, and community or natural supports as needed.</li><li>
Provide mental health counseling to both children and adults, utilizing evidence-based, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches.</li><li>
Deliver supportive therapeutic services in home and community-based settings.</li><li>
Complete timely and accurate documentation of services provided, in accordance with clinical standards and office deadlines.</li><li>
Utilize computer systems for documentation and billing purposes; willingness to learn new technology as needed.</li><li>
Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by a Licensed Mental Health Professional.</li><li>
Respond promptly to phone calls and emails related to client care and team communication.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols and organizational policies.</li><li>
Obtain required continuing education hours as mandated by the appropriate licensing board.</li><li>
Actively participate in evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Masters degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology.</li><li>
Current licensure as one of the following: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW.</li><li>
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, child and adult mental health counseling techniques.</li><li>
Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>
Commitment to professional development and ongoing training.</li></ul></div>

Mental Health Professional (PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, CSW)

<p></p><div><p><b>POSITION TITLE: Full- Time Mental Health Professional (MHP) - LCSW, CSW, PLMFT or PLPC</b>
</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain assigned billable hours per week.</li><li>
Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies or community and natural supports as needed;</li><li>
Be knowledgeable of and adept at child and adult mental health counseling;</li><li>
Provide strength-based, solution focused, client-centered supportive therapeutic services in home and community based settings;</li><li>
Be able, or willing to learn, to use computer interface to complete documentation for billing or other purposes as needed;</li><li>
Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline.</li><li>
Available for Supervision Meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by Licensed Mental Health Professional;</li><li>
Return phone calls and emails promptly.</li><li>
Follow all safety rules.</li><li>
Obtain all required continuing education hours as required by appropriate licensing board</li><li>
Actively participate in all evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services.</li><li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: </b>A Mental Health Professional (MHP) must meet the following educational criteria:</p><ul><li>
A Master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of:<ul><li>
Social Work,</li><li>
Counseling,</li><li>
Psychology or</li><li>
 Sociology</li></ul></li><li>
 With one of the following licensures: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW or CSW.</li></ul>

Offered compensation: $30/hr - $35/hr</p>
