Pay: $21/hr

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As the backbone of our plant operations, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping everything on track. Your day-to-day will include:
<ul><li>Championing safety by following and promoting our safety-first culture.</li>
<li>Coordinating deliveries and working with carriers, recyclers, and our transportation team.</li>
<li>Managing production, inventory, and transportation reports through customer portals.</li>
<li>Handling payroll, PTO, and attendance tracking with precision.</li>
<li>Supporting employees with onboarding, leave requests, and other HR paperwork.</li>
<li>Keeping records and files organized and up to date.</li>
<li>Communicating professionally with everyone from drivers to vendors to plant leadership.</li>
<li>Jumping in to help with customer service and other duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s:
<ul><li>Experienced in administrative work (big plus if it&rsquo;s in a warehouse or manufacturing setting!).</li>
<li>A master of multitasking, organization, and time management.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems.</li>
<li>A strong communicator&mdash;written, verbal, and email.</li>
<li>Customer-focused and team-oriented.</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish? That&rsquo;s a big plus!</li>
<li>Forklift experience? Also a plus, but not required.</li>
<li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
