Our team seeks a Store Manager who willdrive daily operations of the store. You will manage a retail profit center of $5-$30 million in sales volume! You'll create and reinforce sales culture within the store. You ensure that service is prompt and customer expectations are met.You&rsquo;ll boldly guide teams through change. With your help, Department Managers and Shop Service Managers develop staff to reach sales and service goals.You fulfill REI&rsquo;s vision of educating, inspiring and outfitting our customers for a lifetime of outdoor experiences and stewardship. Responsibilities:

</li><li>Manage and delegate planned priorities to Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers.

</li><li>Overseestore's profitability and financial budgeting.
</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets.

</div><ul><li>3-5 years of retail store management experience (preferred)
</li><li>Enjoys communicating and building relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
