About Reidius Infra Reidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency.Job Summary Reidius Infra is seeking a skilled Draughtsman with strong expertise in Interior drawings and working knowledge of Structural drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and execution-ready drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on interior layouts and details.Key ResponsibilitiesInterior:<ul><li>Prepare detailed interior working drawings including:</li><li>Furniture layouts</li><li>Partition layouts</li><li>False ceiling plans</li><li>Flooring layouts</li><li>Electrical &amp; lighting layouts</li><li>Plumbing layouts related to interiors</li><li>Elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings</li><li>Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into drawings.</li><li>Modify drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for interior works.</li></ul>Structural:<ul><li>Assist in preparing basic structural drawings such as:</li><li>RCC layout drawings</li><li>Column, beam, and slab details</li><li>Foundation drawings (as required)</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate revisions and corrections.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with design standards and project requirements.</li></ul>Software &amp; Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred)</li><li>Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings</li><li>Basic knowledge of building codes and standards is an advantage</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / ITI / Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience (interior-focused experience preferred)</li><li>Experience working with construction or interior execution teams is a plus</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple drawings</li><li>Problem-solving mindset for site-related drawing issues</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
