Essential Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Dispatch technicians to job sites with efficiency and precision</div></li><li><div>
Manage inbound customer calls and assess service needs</div></li><li><div>
Schedule technicians for emergency and routine visits</div></li><li><div>
Provide top-tier customer service throughout every interaction</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate logs of vehicles, equipment, and job progress</div></li><li><div>
Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing and organizing</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive environment</div></li><li><div>
Flex to other duties as needed</div></li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div>
High School Diploma or GED</div></li><li><div>
Prior dispatch or customer service experience (1 year preferred)</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</div></li><li><div>
Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly</div></li><li><div>
Problem-solving ability and sound judgment</div></li><li><div>

8AM - 6PM Saturday and Sundays</b></li><li><b>

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience</b></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
