Job Title: Legal Intern (2 Months) Location: Head Office (Lower Parel, Mumbai) Duration: 2 Months Eligibility: 3rd Year Law Student (LLB / Integrated Law Program)Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team at the Head Office for a 2-month internship. The role offers exposure to real-time corporate legal functions and hands-on learning in various aspects of business law.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.</li><li>Conduct legal research on relevant laws, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Support in maintaining legal records, case files, and compliance trackers.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for data collation and documentation.</li><li>Provide assistance in due diligence, vendor agreements, and policy reviews.</li><li>Prepare summaries, notes, and reports for internal circulation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Currently pursuing 3rd year of LLB / Integrated Law degree.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate and contract law fundamentals.</li><li>Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Practical exposure to corporate legal operations.</li><li>Internship certificate on successful completion.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 monthsWork Location: In person
