Job Title: Field Purchaser Location: Jind Road Assandh, Karnal, Haryana Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Purchaser to manage on-site procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material availability for smooth project operations. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to handle field-based purchasing under deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit suppliers, local markets, and vendors to source required materials.</li><li>Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Coordinate with the project/site team to understand daily material requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.</li><li>Identify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and service.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement/operations team.</li><li>Ensure all purchases meet company quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred: Supply Chain, Business, or related).</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in field purchasing or procurement (construction/manufacturing/agriculture preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field.</li><li>Knowledge of local markets and vendor networks.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).</li><li>Two-wheeler with valid driving license (must).</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Reliable and responsible</li><li>Smart decision-making</li><li>Cost-conscious</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination</li><li>Positive attitude and team player</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Up to 20,000 Rupees Monthly</li><li>Travel allowance: Yes</li><li>PF &amp; ESI.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through Indeed or share their resume at: Email: sandhufeeds8@gmail.com Contact: 9588338608, 7870870000Join us and be a part of a growing, dynamic team!Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
