Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal Location: Hayden, ID (REMOTE) Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: A growing virtual estate planning law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and professional paralegal with strong technical writing skills. This role involves drafting precise legal documents, managing client communications, and collaborating with attorneys and financial partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft estate planning documents and professional correspondence.</li><li>Maintain organized digital files and track case progress.</li><li>Conduct virtual client meetings to review documents and gather revisions.</li><li>Prepare and e-file probate-related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and advisors on trust funding and account matters.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent grammar, writing, and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Paralegal certification, degree, or 2+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>Experience with WealthDocx or Estate Planning preferred.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>$22 to $30 an hour (DOE), 36&ndash;40 hours/week</li><li>Schedule: Mon&ndash;Thu 8am&ndash;5pm, Fri 8am&ndash;2pm PST</li><li>Paid holidays, vacation, 401(k) with employer match, and supplemental insurance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekExperience:<ul><li>WealthDocx or estate planning: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
