Job Description 
 Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience unlike any other. As a Relais &amp; Ch&acirc;teaux property nestled in the scenic Litchfield Hills, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service to every guest.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Welcome guests in a courteous, warm, and professional manner</li><li>
Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries</li><li>
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately</li><li>
Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions</li><li>
Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guest&rsquo;s stay</li><li>
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences</li></ul>

Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required</li></ul>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused
 
 In-Room Dining Server
 
 to join our Food &amp; Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and takes pride in delivering memorable service. The successful candidate will be responsible for breakfast service in the dining room as well as in-room dining requests during scheduled shift hours.

 Key Responsibilities

 Provide attentive, personalized service to guests during breakfast and in-room dining.

 <li>
 Greet, seat, and serve guests with a professional hospitality approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a polished presentation throughout service and reset tables promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate guest needs clearly with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold all food safety, service, and sanitation standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with side work and setup tasks related to breakfast and in-room dining.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support team members during peak periods and contribute to a positive work culture.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in restaurant service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skill.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible availability, weekends, and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning
