 UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE $25 HOURLY WAGE + TIPS!
 
 
 Breakfast server rate is available from 6am - 10am, tipped minimum wage from 10am - 2pm. Shifts typically would be Friday through Sunday.
 
 
 The server is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server&rsquo;s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
 
 
 Fundamental Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process guests&rsquo; checks, collect cash and process credit cards and room charges according to standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the standards, for mixing, portion control and presentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be familiar with the POS system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out cashiering functions by closing checks and servicing the guest.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all state liquor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests, and when necessary report to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clean service areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Always clear all empty dishes from the table before dropping the final bill.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

 Qualifications

 High School diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years bartending experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks. (bench test required)

 Job Description

 Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the General Manager in their daily duties and ensure the effective coordination of executive office activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily schedules, manage appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in tracking action items and remind departments of upcoming deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the General Manager in preparing reports on department performance and guest satisfaction
 </li>

 Support internal communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation
 </li>

 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage correspondence

 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years' experience in executive assistance, with well-developed operational follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with luxury hospitality dynamics and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong listening, note-taking, and organisational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong representational skills and versatile communication abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
