ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<br>
<ul><li>Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.</li><li>Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.</li><li>Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.</li><li>Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.</li><li>Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.</li><li>Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed.</li><li>Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively.</li><li>Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
COMPENSATION:</div><div>
$23.00 - $24.50 per hour</div><div></div><div><br>

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.<br>
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.</li><li>Affordable housing experience is a plus.</li><li>Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.</li><li>Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.</li><li>Demonstrates accountability and reliability by taking full ownership of projects and outcomes, prioritizing</li></ul>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN</b></p><ul><li>
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape</li><li>
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property&rsquo;s systems in good working order</li><li>
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.</li><li>
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.</li><li>
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.</li><li>
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.</li><li>
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
</li><li>Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.</li><li>
Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

$27.00 - $32.00 / hour</li><li>
